Frequently asked questions about rates
How is my delivery fee calculated?
Every quote consists of the route location fee plus any applicable weight surcharge for heavy parcels. The number of items inside an individual parcel does not multiply its delivery fee.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 10 parcels per collection run. This allows us to offer dedicated dispatch riders, scheduled morning pickups, and competitive pricing for commercial senders and vendors.
How does delivery outside Kumasi work?
For destinations outside Kumasi (e.g. Ejisu, Mampong, Offinso, Bekwai, or intercity routes), our operations team enters a manual location fee that replaces the standard Kumasi service area fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash) and direct bank transfers. All fees are confirmed upfront with no surprise charges.
